Jesica Rebar

Jesica Rebar is the Programs & Growth Manager at North Star Alliances. She has a proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple industries, including healthcare, real estate, staffing, and the nonprofit sector. In her role, Jesica manages high-priority client projects and business development initiatives. She also oversees operational efficiency at NSA. Previously, Jesica served as an Administrative Strategist at NSA, during which time she provided direct executive support to the CEO and ensured high-level organizational goals were met.

Before joining NSA, Jesica served as a Project Manager at a real statement investment consulting startup, where she developed a full-scale, automated CRM system for sales, acquisition, marketing, and relationship management. She has also held similar roles at MERIT HR, a staffing and recruiting firm, and InTelegy Corporation, a consulting firm that works closely with public service & non-profit agencies. In these roles Jesica built her expertise in process improvement and worked with clients like the Department of Health and Human Services.

Jesica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from California State University, Long Beach. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from University of California, Los Angeles.
