Haley Sheehan

Haley Sheehan serves as a Growth & Insights Strategist at North Star Alliances. In her role she leads analytics initiatives that involve utilizing diverse statistical methods, translating complex data into compelling narratives for clients that include L.A. Care Health Plan and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. In addition, Haley plays a key role in identifying business development opportunities and managing proposal development to build NSA’s client partnerships and service portfolio. Prior to holding this role, Haley served as a Business Intelligence Analyst at NSA. As a Business Intelligence Analyst she designed research methodologies, conducted statistical analyses, and distilled analytics findings into actionable recommendations for NSA's clients.

Before joining NSA, Haley spent five years directing research projects at UCLA and the University of Pittsburgh, where she dedicated herself to experiments aimed at narrowing health disparities among underserved individuals across a spectrum of psychiatric disorders. Her involvement in these studies yielded notable scientific contributions, including authorship on manuscripts and presentations on the relationship between sleep and alcohol use disorder at prestigious academic conferences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Psychology.
